Subsale refers to pre-owned properties bought from individuals, while Under-con (Under Construction) refers to new units purchased directly from developers. We specialize in both!
For buyers of Under-construction projects, our services are usually free as we are appointed by the developer. For Subsale, a standard agency fee applies as per LPPEH regulations.
